The financial backer rents the buildings and equipment indicated here after with the Tenant who accepts them in the following conditions:

General description

  Suites 1 and 2 are lcated on the 1st floor, a private front door is dedicated  for our guests in order to guarantee their autonomy.

   The room located on the ground floor has also a private access door an dis equipped for disabled guests.

Dates, lenght of stay and paiement of the hiring

Breakfast included

in any case it could be extended, except prior written agreement of the owners. The initial contract or the extended contract will not be able to carry the duration of the hiring to more than 90 days. At the time of the taking possession of the premises, we will proceed to the formal uses (inventory of fixtures, handing-over of keys, paiment of the sums due at this date).

Deposit and guarantee

The day of the signature of the contrats (by its sending), the client owes the sum of...........€, constituting a deposit of 25% of the total amount due. By way of guarantee, the deposit will be preserved until departure’s inventory of fixtures.
